Today the family and I headed out to the USS Midway Aircraft Carrier which has been turned into a museum that is docked on harbor drive. The kids loved it. They took turns sitting inside various jets, helicopters and fighter planes.

Sadly the most vivid memory I will take away from today is the homeless man I saw taking a dump wedged between a honda civic and a dusty station wagon. Andrew asked why I hadn’t snapped a photo. The kid has my sense of humor, that’s for sure!
